  • No fotografíes a niños.

  • ofensivo, de odio o discriminatorio;
  • sexual, violento o que muestre daño a personas o animales;
  • acoso, amenazas o burlas contra otra persona;
  • datos personales de otros (nombres, teléfonos, direcciones, matrículas);
  • ilegal, o que infrinja derechos de otros;
  • spam, publicidad o estafas.

  • Podemos cambiar, agregar o quitar funciones.

These terms are the agreement between you and [COMPLETAR: company or owner name] ("Kitspotter", "we") for using the Kitspotter app and the kitspotter.app website. You accept them when you create your account. How we use your data is in the Privacy policy.

1. Who can use Kitspotter

  • You must be 16 or over.
  • One account per person. The details you give us must be true.
  • You're responsible for what happens on your account. If you think someone else got in, tell us.
  • Your @username can't impersonate another person, club or brand, or be offensive. We may change it if it breaks these rules.

2. How it works

  • Captures are taken only with the app's camera. The app cuts out the kit, covers people and uploads only those images.
  • Identification is done by artificial intelligence and can be wrong. You can always choose another team or "None of these".
  • Free accounts have a daily capture limit, shown in the camera. Kitspotter Pro has no limit.
  • Rarity, points, rankings, collections, medals and badges are part of the game: they have no cash value, can't be sold or transferred, and may change (for example, a team's rarity can be adjusted in a new version of the catalogue).

3. Photos in the street: the rules

Kitspotter is for photographing kits, not people.

  • Capture only football kits. The app blurs people and covers their faces; don't try to get around it.
  • Don't photograph children.
  • Don't take photos in private places or where people expect privacy: toilets, changing rooms, homes, schools, hospitals.
  • If someone asks you not to photograph them, don't. Don't follow or bother anyone to capture their kit.
  • Don't capture photos of screens, magazines or other people's photos: only real kits you see.
  • Respect the laws of the place you're in.

4. Zero tolerance for offensive content

You may not post or comment anything that is:

  • offensive, hateful or discriminatory;
  • sexual, violent or showing harm to people or animals;
  • harassment, threats or mockery of another person;
  • other people's personal data (names, phone numbers, addresses, number plates);
  • illegal, or infringing other people's rights;
  • spam, advertising or scams.

Cheating is not allowed either: fake captures, multiple accounts, bots, manipulating rarity, rankings or votes, or attacking the service.

If someone breaks these rules, we remove the content and may suspend or close their account without notice. Kitspotter filters comments automatically, and the AI may hide posts while a person reviews them.

5. Reporting and blocking

  • You can report any post, comment or user from its menu. The post is hidden for you straight away.
  • We review reports within 24 hours. If the content breaks these terms, we remove it and act on the account that posted it.
  • You can block any user: you won't see their captures or comments, and they won't see yours.
  • If you think we removed something of yours by mistake, you can ask us to review it from "See why" or by emailing us.

6. Your content

  • What you post (captures, comments, suggestions) is yours.
  • You give us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide permission to store, show and adapt it (for example, crop or resize it) within Kitspotter, on the website and on the cards you share. The permission ends when you delete it, except for what other people have already shared and backups until they expire.
  • We also use your cut-outs and the teams you choose to improve Kitspotter's identification.
  • By posting, you confirm you took the photo and that it follows these rules.

7. Clubs, leagues and brands

  • Kitspotter is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any club, league, federation, FIFA, UEFA, CONMEBOL or sportswear brand.
  • Team names and colours are used only to identify which kit you captured. Kitspotter doesn't use club crests: any that appear are on the real kit a user photographed.
  • To identify collections we show, at a small size, the logos of some leagues, competitions and confederations and pictures of their trophies. Those names, logos and trophies are trademarks of their owners. We use them only to identify them: it doesn't mean we're connected with them or that they endorse us.
  • All trademarks belong to their owners. If you hold rights over something that appears in Kitspotter and think it's being misused, email contacto@introlabs.tech and we'll look into it.
  • Asking us to remove a logo: if you own (or represent the owner of) a logo or trophy we show and don't want it to appear, email contacto@introlabs.tech saying which one. We remove it from the app without waiting for an update and confirm once it's gone.

8. Kitspotter Pro

  • Kitspotter Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription bought in the App Store or Google Play. The price is shown in the store before you buy, in your currency.
  • The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. The store charges your Apple or Google account.
  • Cancel it in the subscription settings of the App Store or Google Play. After cancelling, Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
  • Deleting your Kitspotter account does not cancel the subscription.
  • If there's a free trial, it turns into a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel before.
  • Refunds are handled by the store, under its rules. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you keep your statutory right of withdrawal, exercised through Apple or Google.
  • If the price changes, the store tells you beforehand and, if needed, asks you to accept it.

9. The service

  • Kitspotter is provided "as is". We do our best for it to work well, but it may have bugs or outages.
  • We may change, add or remove features. If we shut the service down, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice and you'll be able to export your data.
  • You can stop using Kitspotter and delete your account whenever you like.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If it was a mistake, email us.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Kitspotter is not liable for indirect damage or for what other users post, and its total liability doesn't exceed what you paid for Kitspotter Pro in the previous 12 months. None of this limits your rights under your country's consumer protection law or our liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.

11. If you downloaded the app from the App Store

  • This agreement is between you and Kitspotter, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
  • If the app fails to meet an applicable warranty, you can tell Apple, which will refund what you paid for it; Apple has no other warranty obligation.
  • Apple is not responsible for claims about the app (product, legal or third-party intellectual property claims); we handle them.
  • You declare that you are not in a country subject to a US embargo or on a list of sanctioned persons.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [COMPLETAR: country or state], and disputes are settled by the courts of [COMPLETAR: city]. If you're a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of your country's laws and can bring a claim in your local courts.

13. Changes and contact

If we make important changes to these terms, we'll tell you in the app before they take effect. If you keep using Kitspotter afterwards, you accept them; if you don't agree, you can delete your account.
